How it works

Start small, prove it, then scale.

Every engagement begins with a short, fixed-fee diagnostic. You only go further if the numbers say it's worth it.

STEP 1

Floor Diagnostic

3 days · 2 on site

We spend two days on your floor and one day scoring and writing it up. You get a clear picture of one team and what closing the gap is worth.

  • LEAP scorecard with evidence
  • Your baseline for downtime, errors and turnover
  • Five actions managers can start next week
Fixed fee£3,500
STEP 2

LEAP Pilot

12 weeks · 18 days on site

One shift team, around 12 operators and their team leader, works through all four pillars inside huddles and live floor time.

  • Measured against a similar team not in the Pilot
  • Weekly coaching for the team leader on the floor
  • Team leader presents the results to your board
Fixed priceSet at read-out
STEP 3

Rollout or Embedded Partner

When the Pilot proves it

Take LEAP to more shift teams and sites, or keep ongoing support in place so the habits stick.

  • LEAP Rollout across more teams
  • LEAP Embedded Partner for ongoing support
  • Or a clear recommendation to stop
Fixed priceAgreed up front

The 12-week Pilot

Every session runs on the live floor.

The team leader and operators learn in huddles and real shift time, one pillar at a time. If peak season or a breakdown cancels a week, we pause and extend rather than squeeze.

18 days on site1 shift team of around 12 operators30 minutes a fortnight from your sponsor
L 30 min

The Shadow Shift

The team leader guides an operator through a real task using words only. No touching the controls, no pointing. Leading through instruction instead of doing.

E 45 min

The Floor Waste Hunt

Small teams walk their own line, find waste they can prove, then run 5 Whys on the biggest one. Only verified waste counts.

A On shift

Teach-Back Roulette

Experienced operators coach their peers on the line, so skills spread and cover exists for every critical role.

P Week 10

The Boardroom Pitch Simulator

The team leader rehearses presenting their shift's numbers and the case for the investment, then presents it for real.
