Numbers your Finance Director will sign.
Every LEAP result is measured the same way, agreed in writing with your finance lead in week 1, so the figures stand up in a board paper.
Agree before, not after
Baseline, values and attribution are signed off in week 1. No moving the goalposts later, in either direction.
Finance owns the values
Your finance lead sets the value of an hour of downtime and of an error. We never supply them.
Cash and capacity are separate
Savings that hit the accounts are reported apart from capacity freed up.
Compare, don't just count
The LEAP team is measured against a similar team that isn't in the Pilot.
Claim conservatively
Results are shown as low, likely and high, and we lead with the low figure.
A change only counts if it moves outside your normal weekly range for at least 4 weeks. Where records are thin, we run a 4-week manual baseline before counting any savings.
Your figures, from your systems.
The baseline is the weekly average and its normal range. We use 12 weeks of history where it exists.
